MATERIALIZATION:

Care has been taken to preserve the composition of the building as a whole and to achieve harmony through materialization. The external joinery, windows, entrance, and doors are made of aluminum profiles. The internal doors are made of aluminum. Thermal insulation of the facade walls, made of 37 cm thermal blocks, is carried out with a thickness of 12 cm using a demit facade system. The intermediate attic floor construction is also thermally insulated according to the recommendations of building physics and energy efficiency project. A 10 cm thermal insulation layer is added to the ground floor according to the recommendations of building physics and energy efficiency project since the ground floor is a heated space. The drainage of rainwater is provided through horizontal gutters and downspouts.

EXTERNAL FINISHING:

The final layer of the facade is applied over the 37 cm facade walls using a demit facade system with 10 to 12 cm thermal insulation, consisting of the following layers:
– Construction adhesive
– Exterior polystyrene insulation + anchors
– Construction adhesive
– Polypropylene mesh
– Construction adhesive
– Thin-layer facade plaster
– Vapor-permeable and water-resistant facade paint
The roof is a dual-pitched roof. The roof structure is made of wood and is sheathed with 1.9 cm thick OSB panels. A vapor-permeable and water-resistant roof membrane is installed over the OSB panels, followed by battens in two directions and roof tiles as the roofing material. The angle of the roof slopes is 10 degrees. Rainwater drainage is carried out through horizontal and vertical gutters integrated into the facade of the building, made of galvanized sheet metal. The external joinery is made of high-quality aluminum profiles with double-glazed windows and roller shutters. The balcony railing and interior staircases are made of thin metal elements or fiberboard and painted with a final coat of paint.

INTERNAL FINISHING:

Internal walls are made of partition concrete blocks with a thickness of 12 cm. Masonry walls are plastered, smoothed, and painted with dispersion paint. The ground floor ceiling is plastered, smoothed, and painted with dispersion paint. The final flooring is made of non-slip ceramic tiles, ceramic tiles, or parquet, depending on the purpose of the room. The internal doors are made of wood and come with complete hardware. The staircase railing is made of thin metal elements or fiberboard and painted with a final coat of paint.

THERMAL PROTECTION:

Thermal insulation of the facade walls, made of 37 cm thermal blocks, is carried out with a thickness of 10 to 12 cm using a demit facade system. Additional thermal insulation is applied to the staircase area walls since it is a heated space. The layers of the demit facade system include:
– Construction adhesive
– Exterior polystyrene insulation + anchors
– Construction adhesive
– Polypropylene mesh
– Construction adhesive
– Thin-layer facade plaster
– Vapor-permeable and water-resistant facade paint

Thermal insulation is provided in the roof area according to the recommendations of building physics and energy efficiency project. A 10 cm thermal insulation layer is added to the ground floor according to the recommendations of building physics and energy efficiency project since the ground floor is a heated space.
